1. Who we are
Nordic AI Integrity ApS (“we”, “us”) is a Copenhagen-based company providing AI Act compliance services through the Guardian platform. We are the data controller for personal data collected through nordicaiintegrity.dk and guardian.nordicaiintegrity.dk.

2. What data we collect
- Contact forms: name, work email, company, job title, phone (optional), AI system description.
- Guardian platform: account credentials, organisation settings, compliance metrics, model metadata, audit outputs. We do not process raw personal data from your AI models.
- Analytics: anonymised usage data (page views, session duration) via privacy-respecting tools hosted in the EU.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): to deliver the Guardian platform and audit services.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries, improving our services.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): marketing communications, where applicable.
4. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years unless a contractual relationship is established. Guardian platform data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised on request.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@nordicaiintegrity.dk. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies on this website. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit our site.

We currently use Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics about visits and traffic sources.
