1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Guardian platform or ordering an Integrity-4 Audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Danish law.
2. Services
Nordic AI Integrity ApS provides: (a) Integrity-4 Audit — a fixed-scope EU AI Act readiness audit; (b) Guardian Monitoring — a SaaS platform for continuous AI compliance monitoring. Specific deliverables and pricing are defined in the order confirmation or statement of work.
3. Free trial
Guardian Monitoring includes a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue. We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers at any time.
4. Payment
Audit fees are invoiced on order confirmation. Monitoring subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
Audit reports and documentation delivered to you are licensed for your internal use. All platform software, methodologies, and branding remain the exclusive property of Nordic AI Integrity ApS.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Audit reports are advisory and do not constitute legal certification.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a monitoring subscription with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend access immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
